Principles
- We say what we can do and do what we say! We also say what we can’ t do and we won’t do that!
- All our actions serve the goal of developing, manufacturing and selling products and services that secure the long-term profitability and the preservation of the company. For this we rely on satisfied customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers and partners.
- Customers expect from us, in addition to leading products, reasonable prices, reliable delivery and a high, consistent quality standard. For us, customer orientation also means the qualified advice of the customer and possibly the rejection of the order, if the task with our products and processes is not feasible.
- Shareholders expect us to handle the capital provided, to achieve a reasonable return and to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The staff expects us to have a qualified task of being respected as a person, a reasonable salary and a secure job. The suppliers and partners expect from us a fair treatment, an open communication and a reliable partnership.
- For us, quality is the fulfillment of the customer's wishes in terms of quality, advice, products and deadlines. Every employee has a personal desire to produce quality. All together, we have a responsibility to continually improve at all levels of the organization. As part of our quality management, we have set ourselves standards and given rules that are binding for all. Compliance with these rules is vital to our survival. At regular intervals, we will review the status and determine the resulting need for action.
- Everyone involved in the creation of a product is responsible for maintaining quality. Error prevention takes precedence over troubleshooting. Detected errors or incorrectly defined requirements must not be passed on without clarification. The cause is often only one but we are all responsible.
- We are committed to our responsibility to the environment. As part of the whole, we have an obligation to use the available resources with care. We are looking for opportunities - in harmony with the environment - to be successful.
- We regularly inform the entire workforce about all important, external and internal aspects of the company. Only well-informed, responsible employees can contribute to the improvement of our quality and the positive development of the company.
- We respect people's privacy rights regarding privacy. We only collect and process information relevant to business operations and restrict access to the necessary minimum.
- We will not do everything right, but we are open and honest with our mistakes from which we learn. We make our decisions to the best of our knowledge and conscience, taking into account moral values without which human coexistence will not be possible in the long term.
