Quality Management
For us, quality is the fulfillment of the customer's wishes in terms of quality, advice, products and deadlines. Every employee has a personal desire to produce quality. All together, we have a responsibility to continually improve at all levels of the organization.
As part of our quality management, we have set ourselves standards and given rules that are binding for all. Compliance with these rules is vital to our survival. At regular intervals, we will review the status and determine the resulting need for action.
We say what we can do and do what we say! We also say what we can’ t do and we won’t do that!
